Meeting
We'll schedule a time to discuss here at the office or by phone. Perhaps you already know what you want, or you may tell me what you are looking to accomplish. What do you need, what kind of design do you like, what is your timeline, and what is your budget?

Estimate
If you would like to move forward, I will provide you with a written estimate for the work we have discussed as well as a proposed timeline. There is 50% deposit to begin work.

Work Begins
Upon approval of the deliverables/estimate, I create a presentation of sketches for you within a timeline we agree upon. Your feedback will follow, and the design will be finalized. Upon completion of the project. I will handle any print management and sourcing as needed, as part of my service.

Work is Completed
The balance on your project is paid, and the work belongs to you. All relevant files are delivered to you on a disc and I usually keep back-up files of my work for up to 3 years. If you lose your files I am happy to send you copies, if available, for a small retrieval fee.

Payment Policies
Skaar Design accepts checks and all major credit cards for deposits, retainers, and payments of balances due. Call me at (207) 542 0804 to make a credit card payment. Payment plans may also be discussed on a project to project basis. Checks can be made out to Skaar Design and sent to P.O. Box 1376, Camden, ME 04843.
