Raised in Marin County in Northern California, Anneli moved to Scandinavia in 1987 to get her degree in graphic design at the National College of Art and Design in Oslo, Norway.

After graduating in 1992, she started a design studio in Oslo which she ran for 8 years before moving back to the U.S. to the East Coast and establishing Rocknak Design. Project history includes a number of extensive corporate branding projects, website designs, and a diverse portfolio of marketing pieces. Clients range from wine industry and international publishing houses, to ivy league universities and investment management firms.
